l89apk's commitment to responsible gaming

Entertainment should never become a burden — keep your gaming experience healthy and enjoyable at l89apk through safe limit-setting, self-exclusion and 24/7 support.

Why is responsible gaming important?

Online gaming and betting is a modern form of entertainment. But like any form of entertainment, it requires awareness and moderation. l89apk believes every player has the right to game responsibly — in an environment where fun comes first, not harm.

Responsible gaming is not just about following limits; it means staying aware of your time, money and mental well-being. At l89apk we provide tools and guidance that keep you in control at all times — so your gaming experience stays positive.

Remember: gambling is a form of entertainment, not a guaranteed way to make money. Always wager only an amount that, if lost, will have no impact on your daily life.

Important warning

Online gaming carries a risk of addiction. If you feel that gaming is affecting your life negatively, please contact our 24/7 live chat.

For ages 21+ only

l89apk strictly prevents anyone under the age of 21 from registering an account or taking part in any gaming activity.

Our safety tools

Deposit limit

Deposit Limit

Set your own cap on how much you can deposit per day, per week or per month. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately; increasing it carries a 7-day waiting period.

Session time

Set time limits

If you spend more than a set amount of time on the platform each day, you will receive a warning. Set a session time limit to manage your screen time and keep enough time for family and work.

Take a break

Time-Out Feature

Take a temporary break from 24 hours up to 30 days. You will not be able to log into your account during a time-out. If needed, it can be cancelled within 72 hours through support.

Permanent break

Self-Exclusion

If you feel gaming is getting out of control, choose self-exclusion. You can keep your account closed for 6 months or permanently. Requests to regain access during this period will not be accepted.

Assess yourself

Gaming History Review

Log into your account to view your full transaction history and gaming activity. Regularly reviewing how much time and money you have spent is the first step toward mindful gaming.

Age restriction policy

21+

For adults only

Accounts for anyone under 21 are prohibited under Bangladesh law

You must be 21 or older to register at l89apk and to take part in any gaming activity. We follow an age verification process when an account is opened.

To protect minors, we advise parents to use parental control software on their devices. Set a PIN lock or app restrictions on laptops, tablets or smartphones so that children cannot access this platform.

If you suspect that a minor is using your account, contact us immediately. We will investigate and take the necessary action.

Ask yourself

The questions below will help you understand whether your gaming habits are healthy. If you identify with any of the points below, please talk to our support team.

  • Are you spending more time or money on gaming than you need to?
  • Are you placing larger bets to try to recover money you have lost?
  • Is gaming affecting your work, studies or time with family?

The golden rules of healthy gaming

  • Play for entertainment only, not in the hope of making money.
  • Set a fixed budget before each session and stick to it.
  • Play within a set time limit — take a break if you are tired or under stress.
  • Be prepared to lose; losing is a normal part of gambling.
  • Avoid gaming if you are in financial difficulty.
  • Never bet with borrowed money or money you cannot afford to lose.

Frequently Asked Questions

After logging into your account, go to the "Responsible Gaming" section in the profile menu. From there you can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit has a 7-day waiting period, which helps prevent impulsive decisions.

The duration of self-exclusion depends on the period you choose. Options range from a minimum of 6 months up to permanent closure. Requests to reactivate an account during an active self-exclusion period are not accepted. If the period ends and you wish to play again, contact support — we will make sure you are ready to return in a healthy way.

A time-out is a temporary break that can last from 24 hours to 30 days. You will not be able to log into your account during this time. Access is restored automatically when the time-out ends. Self-exclusion, on the other hand, is a long-term or permanent measure — intended for more serious situations involving gaming problems.

Start by talking to them with empathy. Listen to their feelings without judgment. Encourage them to seek professional help. You can share the information on l89apk's responsible gaming page (this page) with them, and you can contact our support team to request that self-exclusion be applied to their account.

No. l89apk follows a strict age verification policy. Age must be confirmed at registration, and additional verification may be requested if there is any doubt. If it is proven that a user is under 21, the account is permanently closed and any associated balance is returned.

Setting a deposit limit or session time limit generally has no effect on bonuses. However, in the case of a time-out or self-exclusion, active bonuses may be cancelled. Please read our terms and conditions or contact the support team for details.
